Chief Executive Officer - Sergio Giles

Sergio Giles is an US Army veteran and owner of Agile Surgical Assistants LLC. Sergio has a total of 30+ years working in surgery. With an Associate of Science in Surgical Assisting, Mr. Giles still currently works in surgery as a Surgical Assistant throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He has held a medical license with the Texas Medical Board as a Licensed Surgical Assistant and two Certifications: Certified Surgical Assistant (NSSA) and Certified Surgical First Assistant (NBSTSA).

Chief Operations Officer - Tad Summerfield

Tad Eric Summerfield is a high-level technology executive turned entrepreneur, investor, mentor, consultant and "CEO Wingman" who thrives on high-stakes challenges and the complex leadership demands of early stage companies. In the last decade, he has helped nearly a dozen entrepreneurs to fund, launch and grow their technological startup ventures. Prior to that Mr. Summerfield served in multiple executive roles at telecom companies in the disciplines of sales, marketing, distribution, services and field operations. Mr. Summerfield's experience also includes information technology (web sites, e-commerce, mobile apps, software, hardware, systems, cybersecurity and communications) in addition to his passion for servant leadership and building strong teams who achieve stellar outcomes.

Advisor - Dennis Cagan

Dennis Jay Cagan is a noted high-technology entrepreneur, respected CEO, professional board director – 67 corporate fiduciary boards, venture investor, mentor, consultant, and Shadow CEO™. He has founded or co-founded over a dozen different companies, taken some public, and has been the CEO of both public and private companies. Mr. Cagan is a recognized authority on corporate governance, boards of directors, information technology (including mobile applications, Internet, infrastructure, e- commerce, software, hardware, systems, cybersecurity, and communications), in the disciplines of governance, strategy, distribution channels, sales/marketing, and services.

Advisor - Mary Hatcher

Ms. Hatcher currently serves as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Chair of the Investment Committee for glendonTodd Capital LLC, a Dallas-based private equity firm that invests in healthcare and business services. Additionally, Ms. Hatcher is serving as the interim Chief Executive Officer of the Center for Impact Indices, an entity formed by glendonTodd Capital to measure the inequality in healthcare and other social issues throughout the US.

Ms. Hatcher also serves as Managing Partner of MBH Partners, LLC, a firm she formed in 2010 to provide services to private equity firms and companies to support growth initiatives, manage transactions, raise capital and improve financial results. From September 2011 until December 2011, she served as Chief Operating Officer of PTA Capital Partners, LLC, a newly-formed private equity firm focused on media and technology transactions. From April 2019 until March 2020, Ms. Hatcher served as the Chief Financial Officer of Dignitana AB, a Swedish publicly traded medical device company.

Paul previously held the positions of Chief Quality Officer, Associate Chief Medical Officer, Chair of Surgical Safety and Medication Safety committees, at major academic medical centers and is an elected member of the lead international honorary society the Association of University Anaesthesiologists.

Dr Barach is the Chief Executive Officer of J Bara Innovation Healthcare Consulting, where he helps healthcare systems, guides companies and investors to rethink problems and solutions. Special areas of focus include innovation strategies and tactics, team training and enhanced performance, patient safety, digital health technologies, workflow automation, telehealth, electronic medical record optimization, product design, physician leadership and change management. Paul is a co-developer of the TeamSTEPPS, team training program.

Advisor - Dr. Jake T. Redden, DHSc, MHA, MPH, FACHE

Lead consultant for High Reliability Leaders, serving as interim and long term, health system senior leadership. Previously served as CEO of Rural, critical access hospitals and System Vice President of several national and regional health systems. As a leader in both healthcare strategy and operations, is recognized for managing clinical talent with throughout and financial preference in achieving strategic goals. On Faculty at Rutgers University and UMGC for graduate health administration programs. He has prior military experience in the high reliability industry of nuclear-powered submarines, and bring an expertise in health care quality, patient safety, human factors, crew resource management, and safety culture, having worked previously in the Federal Aviation Administration and Veterans Health Administration.

Advisor - Dr. Henri Pierre-Jacques

Dr Henri Pierre-Jacques is a practicing Orthopedic surgeon in Michigan. He is based in the Southwest Detroit Metropolitian area. He specializes in hip and knee reconstructive surgery. He received his medical degree from Harvard University and did an Orthopedic residency at New York Medical College and finished with a fellowship at Johns Hopkins University in Adult Reconstructive Surgery. He serves as the chief of Orthopedic surgery at the John Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan.

Advisor - Chandra Lynn, M.B.A

Chandra Lynn, M.B.A. has over 20 years of experience as an integrated marketing professional that has worked with some of the biggest stars and brands in the world, including supermodel Tyra Banks, Apple Computer, Mercedes, Eden Health, ISPSO (mental health) , Mojo Vision and many more. She earned an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University and held management positions at legendary entertainment producers and media companies, most notably, Avid Inc. She currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and provides marketing strategy and consulting services through Glow Marketing LLC and 3 Ring Circus in a variety of industries.

Rob has worked directly with clinical teams for the largest healthcare organizations in the US and abroad to improve their clinical workflows with innovative integration solutions. Additionally, Rob has training in multiple integration engines, expert at HL7, FHIR trained, and extensive experience working with a multitude of healthcare REST APIs as well non-healthcare API integrations.
